After arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Railway Station our driver will assist towards Shillong which takes approximately 2 hours journey. Before reaching the Shillong city you can visit Umiam lake which is known as the second largest man-made lake in India. After reaching check in at the hotel. Evening you can Cathedral of Mary and have leisure time Polo ground. Overnight stay at Shillong.Shillong to Cherrapunji
Morning after breakfast you will move ahead towards Cherrapunji which takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach. On the way you can visit Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls and Waa Kaba Falls. After reaching check in to the hotel. Then visit Mawsmai cave, Nohkalikai Fall, Seven Sister Falls and Khangarang Eco Park. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji.Cherrapunji to Mawlynnong- Dawki
Morning after breakfast drive towards Mawlynnong. It is also known as the cleanliness village in Asia. Moving some steps forward there lies the Single Decker Living Root Bridge. Later moves towards Dawki, a small village in Indo-Bangladesh border. There you can have some water activities and boating in Umgot river, which is also known for its crystal-clear water bodies. Evening you can either stay back at the camp in Dawki or return to Shillong.Shillong to Jowai.
Morning after breakfast drive towards Jowai which takes approximately 2 hours journey. Jowai is the headquarters of the Jaintia Hills District which is 66 km away from Shillong. It was once the summer capital of the Jaintia kings of Sutnga state. Here you can visit Krang Suri falls which as known as the magical waterfall of Meghalaya. Later you can go to Thadlaskein Lake, Tyrshi Falls, Durga Temple and Nartiang Monolites Park. Evening return to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.Departure- Shillong to Guwahati.
Morning after breakfast transfer to Guwahati which takes some hours in journey. If time permits you can visit the famous Maa Kamakhya Temple that lies in the Nilachal Hills. Others best places that can be visited include Umananda Temple, Balaji Temple, Guwahati Planetarium, Assam Museum and Guwahati War Memorial. Later you will be transfer to Guwahati Airport/ Railway station accordingly.
